The majority of my moms live with me and my family. A few live with their “Foster/Forever” family. Our Foster Program is based solely with local families who are willing to work with us and be flexible in a shared partnership for the dog. 

How it works:

The program takes a very clear understanding from both parties – us, the breeders, and the foster parent.

This program has an application process and our dogs only go to approved homes. I only have a few fosters, so the fit has to be right. The fosters must be local. If you are approved, I would place a mother with you and your family, at no charge and she would come back to me only when she is ready to breed and when it is time to have her puppies. 

From there, she would stay with me until the puppies are weaned. During the rest of the time, she will be with you and your family with us checking in from time to time on her health, behaviors, and heat cycles. While she is still being bred, we have full rights and access to the dog at any time. We are still the primary owner of the dog, but having her go with a home, and another family helps socialize, exercise, and maintain their overall happiness! It’s a mutual partnership with us and the foster parents for the benefit of the dog!
